Outdoor Escapes and Design is hiring Landscape Installers to support our expanding construction and maintenance teams. This is a field-level position for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and learning from experienced leaders. Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and materials
- Install plantings, sod, mulch, and edging
- Load and unload tools and materials
- Follow direction from foreman and team leads
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Operate hand tools and small equipment as needed
Requirements
- Experience in landscaping – Preferred but not required, 0–1 year
- Physical ability – Lift 50+ lbs, kneel, bend, etc.
- Teamwork – Willingness to learn and cooperate
- Punctuality and reliability
