How the Claim Process Works
We review every submission as soon as it arrives. Enter the email tied to your contract, pick the affected project, and give us a short summary plus any photos or videos. Our sales and operations teams receive the full details immediately.

**Priority levels & timelines**
- **High (24 hours):** Urgent leaks, safety hazards, or anything preventing you from using the space.
- **Medium (1 week):** Issues that need attention soon—plant loss, irrigation scheduling, or warranty questions.
- **Low (1 month):** Cosmetic touch-ups, seasonal adjustments, or non-critical tweaks.
Once your claim is logged, we’ll email a confirmation with your claim ID and next steps. You can reply to that email or text (801) 971-6282 any time if you need to add more context.
