Landscape Design & Installation
Pitt Landscape has been providing landscape design and installation services since 2007. We specialize in creating custom landscape designs and installing them with care and precision. Our team takes pride in navigating the complexities of large-scale landscape construction while delivering outdoor spaces that are cohesive, functional, and built to last.
Hardscape Installer – Pavers & Retaining Walls
The Hardscape Installer is responsible for the layout and installation of paver patios, walkways, driveways, and segmental retaining walls. This individual must be able to read and understand hardscape designs and construction plans, properly prepare base materials, set grades, and install projects according to company standards. A strong candidate takes pride in precision, understands elevations and compaction requirements, and works efficiently while maintaining quality. Experience installing boulders and natural stone elements is a strong plus. During winter months, this individual may assist with snow removal operations including plowing, shoveling, and ice management.
Skilled Laborer – Equipment Operator
Pitt Landscape & Construction is hiring a Skilled Laborer with equipment experience. This role works directly under the Crew Lead and requires the ability to operate a skid steer and mini excavator, drive trucks and trailers, move equipment, and assist with landscape and construction installations.
Landscape Crew Leader
The Landscape Crew Leader works directly with the Superintendent/Project Manager to oversee a small installation crew. This role includes assigning daily tasks, maintaining project records, ensuring quality control, managing schedules, understanding site plans, maintaining equipment, delivering progress updates, and supporting winter snow removal operations.
Landscape Construction Foreman
The Foreman works directly under the Superintendent or Project Manager and is responsible for managing on-site operations, crew productivity, quality control, and jobsite safety. This role ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to company standards. During winter months, the Foreman oversees snow removal operations, including operating plow trucks or tractors, tracking storms, and ensuring assigned accounts meet company requirements.
