Pitt Landscape and Construction is seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to lead our Construction Division in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role combines sales, estimating, and project management — from initial client consultation to job closeout.
We’re looking for someone who not only understands the technical scope of landscape construction, but who thrives in a leadership role — managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, owning budgets, and delivering standout outdoor environments.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from bid to build
- Prepare and submit accurate project estimates and proposals
- Collaborate with sales and design teams on scope and pricing
- Schedule and manage field crews, subs, materials, and timelines
- Ensure adherence to budgets, production goals, and safety standards
- Track job progress, handle change orders, and report job costing
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients
- Represent the company as a division lead during client meetings
Requirements
- 5+ Years of construction – Project coordination & field experience , 5+ Years
- Estimating and sales experience – Familiar with takeoffs and scope writing, 3+ Years
- Driver’s license – Valid in Utah
- Subcontractor and material coordination – Regional knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and leadership – Team and client-facing
- Budget and production tracking – LMN or similar tools a plus
