Hillside Terraces and Valley Views
Bountiful was built at the base of the Wasatch Range, with neighborhoods climbing the foothills and terraces overlooking the valley. Garden Heritage and Four‑Season Comfort
Once known as the “garden spot of Utah,” Bountiful began as Sessions’ Settlement and grew into an orchard‑dotted farming community. Today only a few orchards remain, but the city still prizes its green spaces and family‑friendly neighborhoods. With a humid continental climate that brings hot summers and snowy winters, our solutions focus on durable materials, efficient irrigation and planting palettes that honour the area’s agricultural roots while thriving through all four seasons.
