• Two free budget revisions are included to help align with your financial goals (additional revisions billed hourly).
• Upon approval, we’ll prepare a contract and send a payment request to reserve your place in our schedule.
• Payment structure varies by project size — this step officially secures your timeline.

• After signing, our sales and operations teams meet to review your project details.
• The operations team will schedule a Teams or phone meeting to confirm the scope of work, materials, and schedule.
• You’ll receive an allowance list to track selections.
• Over the following weeks, we’ll help finalize materials, confirm logistics, and share an estimated start date.
• A week before the start, you’ll get your final schedule and preparation updates (utility locates, staging, and deliveries).

• Execution: Our project manager or foreman oversees daily operations and provides weekly updates.
• Site Care: Crews maintain a safe, clean site — organizing materials and cleaning daily.
• Wrap-Up: We’ll walk through the project with you to finalize a punch list and ensure satisfaction.
• Final Touches: You’ll receive a Landscape Care Packet, warranty details, and optional maintenance package info.
• Final Invoice: Issued upon completion with flexible payment options.
