Key Responsibilities
- •Assist in loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment for the day.
- •Understand the daily and weekly project tasks.
- •Complete assigned tasks from the Crew Lead or Foreman. Report back when tasks are complete and receive next instructions.
- •Safely operate equipment including: Skid steer Mini excavator
- •Drive company trucks and tow tool or equipment trailers.
- •Move equipment between job sites when needed.
- •Pick up and deliver materials as required.
- •Prepare landscape and construction sites for installation.
- •Assist with: Sprinkler installation Bedding materials Planting (trees, shrubs, sod) Retaining walls Hardscape surfaces Fencing General construction tasks
- •Keep job sites clean and safe at all times: Remove debris daily Sweep customer-accessed surfaces Cone off street areas properly
- •Assist with equipment maintenance: Keep trailer organized Keep equipment greased, fueled, and oiled Report any damage immediately Secure all tools and equipment daily
- •Help maintain a clean and organized yard.
- •During winter months: Shovel sidewalks for snow removal accounts.
Requirements
Required
- ✓Experience operating: Skid steer (required) Mini excavator (required)
- ✓Ability to safely drive trucks and tow trailers.
- ✓Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- ✓Ability to move and transport equipment.
- ✓Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
- ✓Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- ✓Strong work ethic and reliability.
- ✓Ability to follow direction and communicate clearly.
- ✓Basic understanding of landscape or construction work preferred.
- ✓Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
