We hired Pitt Landscape to do a makeover on our backyard. It was a difficult summer trying to get bids from landscapers but in the end Pitt Landscape came through and did an excellent job. They tore out sod all around the fence line & replaced it with mulch, modified our existing sprinklers & added drip line in the garden beds, installed two patio areas (a larger area for entertaining and a small bistro area) and installed a flagstone garden pathway. Ryan (and his estimator, Bryan) spent the time to walk the property and listen to our vision. When it came time to start the job, Daniel and his team were very professional and worked non-stop throughout the entire project. Pitt Landscape was easy to set an appointment with, listened carefully, created a plan, was willing to consider budget, and came up with a full design (I was disappointed in how many other services were not up to the task of designing or could only offer any one or two of the necessary improvements.) The team was also able to get started quickly. The crew was nice and considerate of the dog. We were in constant contact with the contractor through text and email. We always knew what to expect and they were happy to answer our follow-up questions about plant care, etc. If we wanted something changed, it was never an inconvenience. The transformation was better than we could have expected and we value the insight into design that still took into account our desires.
