“I needed a landscape company that could do it all for me so that I only needed to interact with one place. I chose Pitt Landscape to install my yard in Lehi and it was such a great decision. From my first contact with Bryan Capilli to my main contact with Ryan Pitt throughout the install, and my contact with Tiffani Jones at different times during the project, I felt genuinely cared about. It was always easy to communicate and I got replies to messages in a timely manner. I decided to have one of their recommended landscape designers design my yard because I knew it would be best for me over all and it was done so well. I feel like it made the project much easier all around. The concrete install, paver install, and vinyl fence install were all done extremely well. During the project I made some changes and added several items along the way and they were all professionally taken care of. I especially loved how everything involved in the project could be followed in an online customer portal that included the signed contract. It was easy to keep track of where my money was going and what amount was left as well as make payments electronically. I was always notified when pricing was going to be different than on the original agreement, usually from changes that I requested. I really appreciated the fact that as much work as possible was completed before winter set in, with the most important part to me being the grass so that I didn't have my dog tracking mud in the house all winter long.
